Q3. Can you provide samples & what's sample delivery time?
• Of course we can, usually we can provide free samples and you just need to pay the freight. For custom printing sample, sample cost will be needed.
• The sample produce process will take about a week.
Q4. What is the lead time?
• About 15 to 20 days according to your order quantity and production details.

• Yes, we provide free design service, easy structural design and the graphic design.
Q6. What kind of document format will you accept for printing?
• PDF, PSD,CDR, AI, EPS, high resolution JPG or PNG.

• Ex-work or FOB, if you have own forwarder in China.By sea or air as you need.
